COVID19 Protocols & Class Guidelines

 GENERAL POLICIES

  • All registration is on a first-come first-serve basis.  Classes fill up fast so please register early to avoid disappointment.

  • Payment is accepted online, etransfer or cash at time of first class.  Please speak to Allie if you would rather do etransfer or cash. 

  • Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received. A reserved space will be held for one week after registration, after which it will be released if payment has not been received. All class registrations will be confirmed by email.

  • Classes are subject to cancellation before the beginning of a semester should there be insufficient registration. If we cannot find another suitable class for your family to attend, we will provide a full refund.

 

Refunds - Refunds will be granted until the 1st day of class. Once class has started there will be no further refunds unless cirumstances change with Covid. 

 

Class cancellations: Music Together Muskoka reserves the right to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness or inclement weather. We will follow the local area school board's cancellations in the case of bad weather. If a class is cancelled for any reason, you will be contacted by email and the class will be rescheduled.  Please check your email and/or Facebook page for updates.

 

Make-up classes are available at any of our locations for missed classes & should be scheduled by contacting Allie.  Make up classes cannot be transferred to another semester

 

This is a family program, and therefore additional adults are welcome & encouraged to attend any given class. Please make sure to contact Music Together Muskoka prior to each class if you are bringing another adult.  Due to capacity restrictions we might not be able to accommodate these requests.
